Smudge Typeface

Smudge typeface was created and inspired by the way ink smudges on paper. I did many ink experiments using different objects on different media. I focused on creating abstraction and movement. I chose the mark that inspired me the most and used it to create the typeface. Smudge can be used for horror or creepy designs. The specimen images were designed using retro neon colors with reference to the Joker and 90’s Nickelodeon.
